Food and wine pairing masterclass
It does not have to be rocket science to pair food and wine (though many believe so). With a few basic rules and the confidence to trust your senses and intuition, you can make perfect pairings.
In this course, you will get a crash course in sensory science and learn the basic rules for pairings. We will taste and make experiments with food and wine, so you discover hands-on the dos and don’ts in food and wine pairing.

All our courses are 1-day courses (3 hours) and can be taken separately. The price includes a light dinner with a glass of wine. All four courses can be taken at a reduced rate of 2500 DKK.
